About Me
Shin-ichi Takeda received his B. Eng. and M. Eng. degrees in Materials Science and Technology from Tokyo University of Science in 1998 and 2000, respectively. He received his Ph.D. degree in Advanced Interdisciplinary Studies, Engineering from The University of Tokyo in 2003. From 2003–2025, he has been working at Japan Aerospace Exploration Agency, Japan Civil Aviation Bureau (14 months temporary transfer), and University of Bristol (1 year visiting researcher). He is currently an associate senior researcher at Japan Aerospace Exploration Agency.
