Dr. Ilaria Marcotuli

Prof. Ilaria Marcotuli has been working as a postdoctoral fellow (Department of Soil, Plant and Food Sciences) at the Università degli Studi di Bari Aldo Moro (Bari, Italy) since 2015. She is the guest editor of the Special Issue "Wheat Breeding through Genetic and Physical Mapping 2.0" and the Section Board Member of the journal Agronomy at MDPI. Her main research interests include genetics, plant biotechnology, cereal, fibre, molecular biology, GWAS, linkage analysis, and phylogeny. Her scientific output includes 46 publications, corresponding to 743 citations (h-index 17) (Scopus, 22 November 2023).
