Telecommunication Engineer (MSc) with strong background in space systems acquired in more than 20 of international experience working in the space and defence sectors, as part of both public and private entities, in technical and managerial functions, that endorse the excel understanding of the sector. During the first 7 years of professional experience, she worked as system engineer in radiofrequency payloads (SAR, passive radiometers), participating in all phases of the mission development (from Phase 0 to Phase D), including from design activities to assembly, integration and testing. After this hands-on experience, evolved to a project management position, supporting transnational business development in Earth Observation in the private sector, which drove her career to higher international exposure and knowledge of the space ecosystem at national, EU and global levels. In 2018, she joined SatCen, as part of the research, technology development and innovation unit, to work in innovative solutions to look beyond current capabilities to exploit satellite EO date. She is a R&I Project Manager, involved in R&I projects dealing with the design of new data exploitation concepts and new EO space systems for dual-use.
