A crop needs regular watering throughout its life to grow well. Irrigation improves food growth. Machines irrigate plants. The dry Sahel, which gets a lot of rain during the summer season but is dry in winter, needs irrigation. When it doesn't rain enough, crops need watering. By constantly monitoring soil moisture, humidity, temperature, and pH, precision agriculture reduces water use and increases crop output. Precision gardening uses less water. In many wealthy nations, efficient farming requires the internet of things (IoT). Particle swarm optimization (PSO) and XGBoost are used in this IoT-based intelligent watering system. Humidity and moisture sensors gather soil data at grass roots. Sensors constantly gather this data. These data are useless for smart watering. PSOselects smart watering data. This reduces central cloud info storage. Then, machine learning methods are trained using soil humidity, moisture, crop, and weather data. These programs can calculate a crop's water requirements. IoT devices control irrigation system water flow and results in saving fresh water. XGBoost algorithm is saving water from 23% to 27% for different crops.

Most recently popular biometrie systems are based on recognition and classification of unique sclera and iris patterns. Unique pattern of blood veins explore the interest in sclera recognition for person identification. However sclera segmentation of relaxed eye images in condition such as different stare direction, at-a-distance image and on-the-move image widely enquired. The drawback of iris is off angle imaging where position of iris and center for off angle imagining affect the performance of sclera segmentation in terms of accuracy. Another challenge in sclera segmentation and iris recognition is high resolution and dark images which causes draining process for mobile application. So we proposed a new method which is the fusion of both iris and sclera. In proposed system sclera and iris descriptor value are fuse together for reliable and accurate iris recognition system. The proposed method will test the execution of iris recognition system for different fusion model using iris and sclera descriptor values to ensure the performance of iris recognition for a relaxed imaging.

The demanding and high-stress nature of the Information Technology (IT) industry has contributed to increasing levels of stress, burnout, and deteriorating mental health among professionals. This paper evaluates the effectiveness of cognitive, behavioral, and social techniques in enhancing the mental well-being of IT professionals. Cognitive strategies such as mindfulness practices, cognitive reframing, and resilience training aim to improve emotional regulation and coping mechanisms. Behavioral interventions, including structured exercise routines, sleep hygiene education, and digital detox practices, target physical habits that influence psychological health. Social techniques such as peer support networks, mentorship programs, and fostering a collaborative workplace culture focus on enhancing social connectedness and reducing isolation. Drawing on empirical studies, systematic reviews, corporate wellness initiatives, and relevant case studies, the paper provides a comprehensive synthesis of how these strategies impact stress levels, job satisfaction, and overall productivity. The research highlights that integrated approaches—combining cognitive, behavioral, and social elements—tend to be more effective than standalone interventions, owing to their ability to address multiple dimensions of well-being simultaneously. The study further explores key mechanisms driving these outcomes, including self-regulation, habit reinforcement, and the buffering effects of social support. It also identifies persistent barriers such as stigma around mental health, inconsistent adoption of wellness practices, and lack of organizational support. A mixed-methods evaluation framework is proposed to assess the impact of these interventions holistically. Finally, the paper offers practical recommendations emphasizing the need for sustained, organization-wide efforts involving leadership support and measurable outcomes to foster lasting improvements in mental well-being within the IT sector.
