Dr. Paolo Polidori is currently working as a Professor at the Faculty of Pharmacy, University of Camerino, Italy. He received his Ph.D. in Animal Husbandry from the University of Milan, Italy. His main area of interest focuses on Animal and Veterinary Sciences. His area of expertise includes Milk Quality and Meat Quality. He has 73 publications with 1438 citations and a h-index of 20 (Scopus, 31 October 2023). He has also delivered many lectures as an Invited Speaker. He is a member of the Italian Scientific Association for Animal Production and the Italian Society for Veterinarian Sciences.
