Dr. Jun Zhang

I received my MSc in Bioorganic Chemistry from Sun Yat-sen University in 2006, Guangzhou, China, and PhD degree in Medicinal Chemistry in 2014 at the College of Pharmacy, Jinan University, Guangzhou, China. I pursued my postdoctoral research at the Biotechnology Research Center, Hong Kong University of Science and Technology, Hong Kong, on the isolation and modification of natural products. I am currently working at the National Engineering Research Center of Navel Orange, Gannan Normal University, Ganzhou, China. My research interests are natural product chemistry and food chemistry, exploring bioactive natural products from natural resources such as citrus peel, medicinal plants and microorganisms.
