Moyang Liu holds a PhD, is a master's supervisor, a political supervisor, a director of the Oats and Buckwheat Professional Committee of the Chinese Society of Crop Science, a member of the Shanghai Plant Biotechnology Professional Committee, and a Shanghai Young Sail Science and Technology Talent. In June 2019, Moyang Liu received a PhD in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology from Sichuan Agricultural University. In July of the same year, he began working as an assistant researcher at the College of Agriculture and Biology of Shanghai Jiaotong University. He was promoted to associate researcher in December 2022. His research primarily uses systems genomics, molecular biology, artificial intelligence technology, and other methods to address fundamental and production-related problems associated with the formation of high-quality traits in crops.
