Teresa Nogueira graduated (1989) and got M.SC (2002) in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the University of Porto, Engineering Faculty (FEUP). She got the PhD (2008) from University of Trás-os-Montes e Alto Douro in Electrical and Computer Engineering. She is an adjunct professor at the Polytechnic Institute of Porto (P.Porto), School of Engineering (ISEP), since 1994. She is a researcher in the Center for Inovation in Engineering and Industrial Technology (CIETI/P.Porto). Her research interest includes power systems, renewable energy, electricity market, energy efficiency, natural gas system and engineering education.
