This research examines the challenges and opportunities of Islamic character education in the context of the digital world in the era of Industrial Revolution 5.0. This era has changed the landscape of Islamic character education, with digital technology increasingly penetrating everyday life. This research uses a mixed methods approach by combining qualitative and quantitative methods. A qualitative approach was used through interviews and observations. A quantitative approach was carried out through a survey with an online questionnaire. Data were analyzed using thematic analysis methods and descriptive statistics. The research results show several challenges in implementing Islamic character education in the digital world. These include a lack of public understanding of the character of Islam, unequal access to technology, and the potential for conflict between traditional values and the impact of digital technology. However, this research also identifies significant opportunities, such as greater access to Islamic character education resources via the Internet, innovative educational applications, and the possibility of global collaboration to develop Islamic character. In conclusion, Islamic character education in the digital world in the era of the Industrial Revolution 5.0 offers significant challenges but also great opportunities. The originality of these findings lies in a holistic understanding of the impact of the Industrial Revolution 5.0 on Islamic character and efforts to educate it.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menyelidiki dampak transformasi kepemimpinan kepala sekolah di era digital dalam pengelolaan administrasi pendidikan berbasis teknologi terhadap hasil belajar siswa, pengembangan profesionalisme guru, dan efisiensi manajemen sekolah. Desain penelitian ini metode penelitian kualitatif, dengan data yang dikumpulkan melalui wawancara semi-terstruktur dengan pimpinan sekolah, guru, dan siswa. Penelitian ini juga melibatkan analisis dokumen kebijakan dan prosedur sekolah yang terkait dengan integrasi teknologi melalui triangulasi data. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa administrasi pendidikan berbasis teknologi telah secara signifikan meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa di SMP Muhammadiyah Tanah Grogot. Penggunaan perangkat lunak pendidikan dan sumber daya online memungkinkan siswa untuk mengakses materi pembelajaran yang dipersonalisasi, dan mengarah pada peningkatan kinerja akademik. Selain itu, penggunaan platform digital untuk penilaian dan umpan balik telah memfasilitasi pemantauan kemajuan siswa secara tepat waktu dan efektif, sehingga memungkinkan para guru untuk memberikan intervensi yang tepat sasaran. Penelitian ini menyoroti dampak signifikan dari administrasi pendidikan berbasis teknologi terhadap hasil belajar siswa, pengembangan profesionalisme guru, dan efisiensi manajemen sekolah di SMP Muhammadiyah Tanah Grogot. Penelitian ini mengidentifikasi beberapa tantangan yang terkait dengan integrasi teknologi yang membutuhkan pertimbangan dan manajemen yang cermat oleh para pemimpin sekolah. Rekomendasi yang diajukan dalam penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengatasi tantangan-tantangan tersebut dan meningkatkan efektivitas administrasi pendidikan berbasis teknologi di SMP Muhammadiyah Tanah Grogot pada era digital.

In the digital age, the use of technology in the learning process has a significant impact on student engagement. This research analyzes learning interactions in the digital era with a focus on the effects of technological innovation and educational management strategies on student engagement. This study used a mixed methods research design consisting of quantitative and qualitative data collection techniques. A sample of 30 students at MAN Paser was selected using a stratified random sampling technique. The students were asked to complete a self-administered questionnaire measuring their level of engagement using a five-point Likert scale. The questionnaire consisted of 15 questions covering various aspects of student engagement, such as cognitive, behavioral, and emotional engagement. The research questions involved the influence of technology on student engagement, administrative challenges in implementing educational technology, the role of management strategies in improving digital student engagement, differences in student engagement between institutions with and without innovative technology, and other factors that influence student engagement. This research aims to provide in-depth insights into how to improve learning in the digital age through the integration of technology and effective educational management. The results and discussion of this study are expected to provide valuable contributions to educators, policymakers, and other stakeholders in designing and implementing effective digital learning strategies that enhance student engagement.

Artikel ini bertujuan untuk menyelidiki perubahan yang terjadi dalam pengembangan kurikulum pendidikan agama Islam di MAN Insan Cendikia Paser. Pendidikan agama Islam memiliki peran penting dalam membentuk karakter peserta didik dan mengembangkan pemahaman mereka tentang ajaran Islam. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif-analitis dengan menganalisis dokumen terkait, kebijakan sekolah, serta wawancara dengan pihak terkait. Hasil penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan gambaran yang jelas tentang bagaimana perubahan dalam pengembangan kurikulum pendidikan agama Islam berkontribusi terhadap peningkatan mutu pendidikan di MAN Insan Cendikia Paser. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian di lapangan ditemukan bahwa kegiatan pembelajaran sangat memudahkan kami untuk mendapatkan informasi lebih lanjut, tentang inovasi perkembangan kurikulum MAN IC Paser, mereka menggunakan media pembelajaran berbasis internet dan menentukan aplikasi-aplikasi yang diminati para siswa siswi di zaman sekarang ini diantara aplikasi yang digunakan guru MAN IC iyalah, aplikasi IG, Power Point interaktif, Tiktok, Quiziz, Classroom dan aplikasi pendukung lainnya. Berdasarkan paparan peneliti, ditemukan bahwa dalam inovasi pendidikan agama Islam, pengembangan kurikulum di era revolusi 4.0 juga dapat diterapkan pada visual untuk pembelajaran, flipped classroom, berpusat pada siswa sedang belajar Proses pembelajaran, pembelajaran berbasis hasil, ruang kolaboratif.

Penelitian ini membahas tentang kompetensi guru mata pelajaran Fiqih di MTs Al-Ihsan Tanah Grogot tahun pembelajaran 2021/2022. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah guru mata pelajaran Fiqih di MTs Al Ihsan tersebut telah melaksanakan tugasnya sebagai seorang guru yang berkompetensi dalam belajar mengajar di MTs Al-Ihsan Tanah Grogot. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian lapangan. Metode pengumpulan data adalah wawancara, pengamatan, dan dokumentasi. Teknik analis data menggunakan metode induktif melalui penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kompetensi guru mata pelajaran Fiqih di MTs Al Ihsan Tanah Grogot tergolong baik. Dari standar yang telah ditentukan, pembelajaran telah dilaksanakan dengan baik. Sedangkan faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi kompetensi guru, yaitu etos kerja, semangat kerja, kualifikasi, pengalaman mengajar, bahan ajar, kesejahteraan lingkungan pendidikan, status guru, dapat menggunakan sarana atau prasarana sekolah, dan mengikuti kegiatan MGMP.

The aim of this research is to understand in depth the phenomenon of identity reinterpretation, exploring how bureaucracy influences the definition of the situation of students and teachers, the role and effects of elite groups in determining the direction of Islamic education, and how this influences social interactions in Islamic societies. The research also discusses the changes and improvements needed to create a more inclusive and equitable Islamic education. This study uses a qualitative method. This method was chosen because this research aims to understand the phenomenon of identity reinterpretation in Islamic education in depth. This research uses in-depth interview techniques to collect data. Interviews were conducted with various informants: teachers, students, and Islamic education officials. This research explores how bureaucracy in the Islamic education system influences the definition of the situation of students and teachers, especially in the context of the emergence of discrimination or inequality. In addition, this research can examine the role and impact of elite groups in determining the direction of Islamic education and how this influences social interactions in Islamic societies. This research will discuss changes and improvements that may be needed to create more inclusive and equitable Islamic education.
