Paola Y. Reyes-Delgado received a BSc degree in Informatics from the Technology Institute of Aguascalientes, Mexico (2000), an MSc in Informatics and Computer Technologies from the Autonomous University of Aguascalientes, Mexico (2007), and a Ph.D. in Engineering Sciences from the Technology Institute of Aguascalientes (2017). For 15 years, she was a Professor with the Polytechnic University of Aguascalientes (in subjects related to Software Engineering) and led several software projects for industry and government. From 2021 to 2026, she holds a postdoctoral position at the Autonomous University of Aguascalientes, Mexico. Dra. Reyes-Delgado has published several research chapters in international books and conferences, and research articles in JCR-indexed journals. Her current research interests include agile IT service design, agile design methods for SOA and MSA, and agile methods for evaluating IT service architectures on Data Science Analytics.
