Dr. Anton Simeonov is the Director of the Chemical Genomics Branch at the National Center for Advancing Translational Sciences (NCATS), National Institutes of Health (NIH), Bethesda, MD, USA. He obtained his PhD in Biochemistry from the University of Southern California in 1998. He was also a postdoctoral fellow at the Scripps Research Institute from 1998 to 2000. Dr. Anton Simeonov’s research interests include novel detection chemistries and techniques, assay miniaturization, novel approaches to screening, and small molecule development.
