As objects of load prediction are becoming increasingly diversified and complicated, it is extremely important to improve the accuracy of load forecasting under complex systems. When using the group method of data handling (GMDH), it is easy for the load forecasting to suffer from overfitting and be unable to deal with multicollinearity under complex systems. To solve this problem, this paper proposes a GMDH algorithm based on elastic net regression, that is, group method of data handling based on elastic net (EN-GMDH), as a short-term load forecasting model. The algorithm uses an elastic net to compress and punish the coefficients of the Kolmogorov–Gabor (K–G) polynomial and select variables. Meanwhile, based on the difference degree of historical data, this paper carries out variable weight processing on the input data of load forecasting, so as to solve the impact brought by the abrupt change of load law. Ten characteristic variables, including meteorological factors, meteorological accumulation factors, and holiday factors, are taken as input variables. Then, EN-GMDH is used to establish the relationship between the characteristic variables and the load, and a short-term load forecasting model is established. The results demonstrate that, compared with other algorithms, the evaluation index of EN-GMDH is significantly better than that of the rest algorithm models in short-term load forecasting, and the accuracy of prediction is obviously improved.
Extreme weather, such as rainstorms, often triggers faults in the distribution network, and power outages occur. Some serious faults cannot be repaired by one team alone and may require equipment replacement or engineering construction crews to work together. Rainstorms can also lead to road damage or severe waterlogging, making some road sections impassable. Based on this, this paper first establishes a road network model to describe the dynamic changes in access performance and road damage. It provides the shortest time-consuming route suggestions for the traffic access of mobile class resources in the post-disaster recovery task of power distribution networks. Then, the model proposes a joint repair model with general repair crew (GRC) and senior repair crew (SRC) collaboration. Different types of faults match different functions of repair crews (RCs). Finally, the proposed scheme is simulated and analyzed in a road network and power grid extreme post-disaster recovery model, including a mobile energy storage system (MESS) and distributed power sources. The simulation finds that considering road damage and severe failures produces a significant difference in the progress and load loss of the recovery task. The model proposed in this paper is more suitable for the actual scenario requirements, and the simulation results and loss assessment obtained are more accurate and informative.
Aiming at the characteristics of temperature control equipment with good energy saving and demand response potential, a temperature control equipment energy consumption control system based on the cyber physical system (CPS) architecture is proposed. Based on the two-tier architecture of a typical CPS system, the unit level realizes the dynamic information perception, standardized information modeling and control of temperature control equipment through the intelligent energy-using terminal; the system-level implements multiple information fusion and edge computing through the intelligent energy-using gateway to achieve Energy efficiency analysis, energy efficiency diagnosis and coordinated control of multiple devices for residential temperature control equipment. Relying on the proposed interactive architecture and CPS model, using the relevant information sensed by the CPS unit, at the CPS decision-making level, an optimized control strategy for temperature control equipment based on cloud model theory is proposed. The consumption has dropped significantly.
