Dinar SM Lubis is a program manager humanitarian program in Yayasan Kerti Praja and lecturer in Public Health and Preventive Medicine Department, Medical Faculty, Udayana University. Her experiences in YKP have given an opportunity to manage Global Fund project and Sexual and Reproductive health and Gender Based Violence prevention and management in humanitarian setting under UNFPA Indonesia project. She is experienced and well qualified qualitative and participatory research, consultants, program management of various sectors such as health sector, disaster risk management and community development in Indonesia. In the last 10 years, as researcher, program planning, monitoring and evaluation consultants for several institution both in Bali and outside Bali. Dinar led, manage and being part of several qualitative and quantitative project as well as participatory action research.
