This work summarizes the arguments and counterarguments in the framework of the scientific debate on the issue of financial literacy. The main purpose of the research is to identify the key factors and behavioral patterns inherent in managing personal finances. Systematization of literary sources and approaches to solving the problem of insufficient level of financial literacy among different segments of the population indicates that it is necessary to promote financial education of the population, especially vulnerable segments. This concerns the issues of financial inclusion, improvement of financial education, and development of practical skills for making financial decisions. The urgency of solving this scientific problem is caused by the rapid development of financial services. The study of the problems of the theoretical foundations of financial literacy in the work is carried out in the following logical sequence: analysis of the publications, analysis of available databases, and statistical analysis. The methodological tools of the research were the Python programming language, in particular the stats model’s library. The object of the research is patterns of behavior with personal finances. The article presents the results of empirical statistical analysis, which showed that the difference in financial decisions of individuals is due to age, level of education, employment, and level of family income. Financial decisions such as saving or borrowing have been found to be related to financial literacy and influence financial confidence. The study empirically confirms and theoretically proves that financial literacy is a fundamental factor in the level of financial well-being and closely correlates with financial behavior patterns. The results of the research can be useful for further scientific developments.

The article examines the current stage of forming online content in higher education worldwide and in Ukraine. The main goal of this paper is to develop patterns for creating educational content to improve the learning process at universities despite the full-scale war, including flexibility. To achieve these, the author used bibliometric, trends and cluster analysis. As analytical tools, Google Trends and VosViewer were chosen. The investigation is divided into three parts: study patterns of online content in higher education (HE) based on a literature review, identify trends in HE, and examine online educational content in the context of the flexible learning process at universities. The investigation stage of key trends in the development of higher education in Ukraine is initial because it demonstrates up-to-date theoretical background worldwide, and particularly in Ukraine, especially publication after 2019. The main approaches to renovating the educational system included improving distance or blended learning as a modern study pattern. The key stakeholders are students and teachers. However, teachers transform into facilitators who prepare educational content and support learners in self-directed learning based on their inquiries. As for Ukraine, the tendency was intensified because students affected by full-scale war cannot study in the traditional (in-person) way. To find how trends in HE in Ukraine during key political changes were modified in Ukraine, the author used Google Trends to search inquiries of main consumers of educational services in Ukraine concerning higher education through the keywords “university” in three languages. The customizing periods showed the reactions of the young to critical political changes in Ukraine. In such a way, attitudes towards higher education during the beginning of the Orange Revolution, the Revolution of Dignity, the war in the east of Ukraine and the full-scale war were investigated. The significant changes were noticed after February 24, 2022, compared to November 30, 2013. There was an increasing popularity of inquiries based on universities abroad and learning as a tool to get employment. The most relevant inquiries in forming online content are “distance learning” and “дистанційна освіта”. Moreover, the tendency of increasing inquiries in the Ukrainian language compared with russian inquiries of approximately 10% was found. It was confirmed that trends could be used as a tool of formation patterns of educational content. That is why the paper aims to explore terms across years such as “educational content trends”, “educational trends” (205 articles), “online content trends” (305 articles), and “educational online content trends” (25 articles) at the Web of Science (WOS) platform. Key sectors of educational online content include Education, Educational Research, Economics, Social Sciences, Interdisciplinary, Multidisciplinary Sciences, and Management categories. In addition, Ukraine leads in publishing articles in forming online educational patterns with Poland, russia, the USA, Bulgaria and others. Furthermore, “educational content trends” and “online content trends”were compared to measure theoretical gaps by cluster analysis, where the main clusters are teacher, content analysis, development, quality, educational progress, and social media. The findings of this study hold valuable implications and recommendations for the formation of online content in higher education, particularly during times of war and in post-war periods.

The COVID-19 pandemic has led to increased adoption of digital technologies in healthcare. According to most researchers, this contributed to increasing the resilience of medical institutions, healthcare systems and communities to the pandemic challenges. The dynamic development of HealthTech continues in the post-pandemic period. The article purpose is to summarise the current directions of HealthTech development, analyse main patterns of the global and Ukrainian digital health market development and study possibilities of HealthTech use to increase the resilience of communities and healthcare systems to natural and man-made emergencies. The article systematises the types of HealthTech by components, types of technology and stages of application. It was determined that all basic digital technologies such as the Internet of Things, artificial intelligence, BigData, AR/VR, 3D modelling and others are used in modern healthcare systems. Specific areas of applying digital technologies in healthcare are telemedicine, wearable devices recording health data, specialised mobile software, etc. The analysis of the global digital health market development allowed us to identify the largest volumes and growth dynamics of the digital health market in the European and North American regions. By type of technology, the largest share of investment is directed to mHealth and telemedicine. By components, the digital health market development is almost equal. The article defines the forecast volume of the global and European digital health market for 2024. It examines development of the Ukrainian Electronic Healthcare System, which registers electronic medical records of created and performed medical referrals, examinations, procedures, diagnostic reports, treatment plans, medical conditions, electronic prescriptions, vaccination records, medical conclusions on temporary disability and birth. Dynamics decrease in electronic medical records from March 2022 due to full-scale war invasion was revealed. Digital health technologies contribute to raising efficiency and effectiveness of healthcare systems by reducing costs; increasing availability of medical services, flexibility and adaptability of these systems. Achieving these benefits should be accompanied by ensuring the protection of patients’ personal data and clearly regulating levels of access to this data, as well as minimizing digital gaps and maximizing the coverage of the population with HealthTech services.

Conventional fuels commonly used in cars with combustion engines and the effects of their combustion have a very negative impact on the state of the environment. The combustion of liquid fuels causes the introduction of many thousands of tons of CO2 and other harmful substances into the atmosphere every year. That is why the authorities of many countries are introducing more and more stringent emission standards for cars with internal combustion engines, and car manufacturers are trying to meet these standards. Therefore, the aim of the undertaken research was to compile and analyze the power of spark engines in individual capacity ranges, compression ratios, efficiency, CO2 emissions, dependence of combustion on engine capacity, dependence of CO2 emissions on engine capacity, and dependence of combustion on engine power. The conducted research also compared the level of average selected variables related to CO2 emission in terms of engine displacement by country of production using statistical analysis.

Rotor equipment material samples with varying degrees of degradation during long-term operation are characterized by lower (up to 17%) corrosion and hydrogen resistance compared to the initial state. The scheme of redistribution of carbides in structural components in the initial state and after long-term operation is presented. The schemes of the turning rotor shaft are visualized, while taking the microstructure features into account. During long-term service, the properties of steels are affected by changes in the parameters of structural components caused by the action of a hydrogen-containing environment. Based on the experimental data, the regression equation and approximation probability R2 value describing the change in the electrochemical parameters of 38KhN3MFA rotor steel samples after 200, 225, 250, and 350 thousand hours of operation were obtained. During machining, an increase in hydrogen content was recorded in the chips, especially from degraded areas of the rotor shaft (up to 7.94 ppm), while in undegraded zones, it ranged from 2.1 to 4.4 ppm. A higher hydrogen concentration was correlated with increased surface roughness. The use of LCLs improved surface quality by 1.5 times compared to LCLp. Dispersion caused by degradation contributed to hydrogen accumulation and changed the nature of material destruction. After repair, the rotors demonstrated stable operation for over 25 thousand hours, with no reappearance of critical defects observed during scheduled inspections.
