Luisa Fiandra, PhD, is Researcher and Assistant Professor in Clinical Biochemistry at the BtBs of University of Milano Bicocca.
From 2010, LF coordinated pre-clinical studies mainly devoted to the use of nanotechnology for cancer therapy and diagnosis, and for biological barriers overcoming. Currently, LF is devoted to the use of advanced cellular models for the validation of latest generation therapies directed towards tumor pathologies, by ADCC or by the involvement of tumor microenvironment cells.
She is author of 46 scientific publications in peer-reviewed international journals. Official H-Index (Scopus): 18. LF is also member of the European Federation of Clinical Chemistry and Laboratory Medicine (EFLM), Italian Society of Clinical Biochemistry (SiBioC), BioNanoMedicine Center “NANOMIB” (Italy) and Inter-University Center for the Promotion of the 3Rs Principles in Teaching & Research (Centro 3R, Italy).
