Biography

I am a drug development researcher and postdoctoral fellow at INSERM U1240, Université Clermont Auvergne (France), with expertise in the design of small-molecule therapeutics for inflammatory and oncological diseases, including breast cancer, osteoarthritis, rheumatoid arthritis, and chondrosarcoma. My current research focuses on immunomodulation of synovial macrophages to restore joint homeostasis and promote cartilage repair. This approach explores macrophage reprogramming as a novel therapeutic strategy for chronic joint diseases. I hold a Ph.D. in Pharmaceutical Sciences from Université Laval (Canada), where I developed selective anticancer prodrugs activated by cytochrome P450 1A1. My work has led to over 14 peer-reviewed publications and was recognized with competitive fellowships and research awards. My expertise spans medicinal and analytical chemistry, in vitro/in vivo pharmacology, and biopharmaceutics. I have also supervised students at various academic levels and contributed to teaching in pharmacokinetics and pharmacology. My research aims to translate molecular innovation into real therapeutic solutions.
