Peiying Shi received her Bachelor’s degree at Tongji Medical College, Huazhong University of Science and Technology in 2005, and her PhD degree at the College of Pharmaceutical Sciences, Zhejiang University in 2010. She is currently an associate professor in the Department of Traditional Chinese Medicine Resource and Bee Products, College of Animal Sciences (College of Bee Science), Fujian Agriculture and Forestry University. Peiying’s research focuses on the antioxidant and anti-cardiovascular disease effects of natural products.
