Binqing Zhai is a Full Professor at the School of Human Settlements and Civil Engineering, Xi'an Jiaotong University. He serves as the Associate Dean of the School of Human Settlements and Civil Engineering, and is the Director of the Sino-foreign cooperative program in Architecture between Xi'an Jiaotong University and Politecnico di Milano. He also serves as the Chair of the Academic Committee of the Xi’an “Belt and Road” International Science and Technology Cooperation Base for Historic City Construction and Spatial Governance.
