Claudiu-Nicusor Ionica, DVM, is currently a PhD student at the University of Agricultural Sciences and Veterinary Medicine (USAMV) in Cluj-Napoca, where he also received his Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree in 2022. He also holds a Bachelor of Science (BSC). His research focuses on animal nutrition, with a specific interest in the use of insect-based feeds and the valorization of organic waste through bioconversion processes.
