Rita Chiesa is an associate professor of work, organizational, and personnel psychology at the Department of Psychology, University of Bologna, Italy. She holds a Ph.D. degree in social, developmental, and organizational psychology from the University of Bologna. She has been a Coordinator of the Erasmus Mundus Master's Degree in Work, Organizational, and Personnel Psychology since 2021. She is a member of the European Association of Work and Organizational Psychology and the Associazione Italiana di Psicologia. Her research interests are human resource management; industrial and organizational psychology; management; self-efficacy; career management; career development; career counseling; work psychology; industrial psychology; and motivational psychology.
