Prof. Qidong You is a Professor at China Pharmaceutical University and the president of the School of Pharmacy. He completed his Ph.D. degree in Medicinal Chemistry at Shanghai Institute of Pharmaceutical Industry. He mainly investigates biochemistry, stereochemistry, pharmacology, combinatorial chemistry and cancer research. His work in in vitro, apoptosis, gambogic acid, enzyme and protein–protein interaction is related to biochemistry. His apoptosis research incorporates elements of molecular biology and cell biology. He has 545 publications with 13474 citations and an h-index of 57 (Scopus, 24 October 2023).
