Dr. Gu received bachelor's degree from Nantong University and a MD degree in pharmacology from Shanghai Jiaotong University. He completed standardized training of clinical pharmacists at Shanghai Zhongshan hospital and teacher training of clinical pharmacists at Nanjing drum-tower hospital. He is currently the clinical pharmacist of cardiology department in Renji hospital. He was selected as one of the "Young medical Talents Program (2018)" of Shanghai health and and family planning commission. Dr. Gu focuses on on anticoagulation management, evidence-based anticoagulation, and basic research in anticoagulation. He hosted 4 research projects, including clinical research program of Shanghai health and family planning commission. He has published over 30 articles in the field of anticoagulation, with high-profile journals of Clin Gastroentero Hepatol、J Am Heart Assoc、Int J Cardiol, et al.
