Yihua Dou received the Ph.D degree in Solid Mechanics, Northwestern Polytechnical University, PR China, in 2000. Now, he is a professor and doctoral supervisor with the College of Mechanical Engineering , Xi’an Shiyou University, PR China. His current research interests include petroleum engineering, tubular string mechanics and petroleum machinery.
