Tomasz Osmałek is the head of the Department of Pharmaceutical Technology, Poznan University of Medical Sciences. He earned his master’s degree and Ph.D. from Poznan University of Medical Sciences in 2006 and 2010, respectively. His scientific area concerns the technology of semi-solid dosage forms, such as hydrogels or organogels, prepared on both natural (gellan gum, locust bean gum, xanthan gum) or synthetic (poloxamers, polyacrylates) polymers. His main interests focus on rheology and texture analysis.
