Dr. Nataša Gros is a lecturer in analytical chemistry at the Faculty of Chemistry and Chemical Technology of the University of Ljubljana. She obtained a Ph.D. in chemistry from the same university in 1996 and continued her postdoctoral education at the University of Hull (UK) and the University of Lisbon (Portugal). She coordinated two EU projects entitled Hands-on Approach to Analytical Chemistry for Vocational Schools. The AnalChemVoc II was declared one of the best EU projects of the call. Her research interests are water research, ion chromatography, the development of low-cost small-scale analytical instruments, metrology in chemistry, measurement uncertainty, and education. She is a member of the Division of Analytical Chemistry of the European Chemical Society, where she represents the Slovenian Chemical Society.
