Martin Mičiak is an assistant lecturer at the Faculty of Management Science and Informatics, University of Žilina (Slovakia). Martin teaches management games and simulations, management theories, sociology, and project management. His main research areas include human resources management, project management, and sports management. Martin cooperates with many businesses in the form of mutual synergistic efficiency, which is reflected in his academic activities.
