Zehra Buyuktuncer is the Head of the Department of Nutrition and Dietetics at Hacettepe University. She completed her PhD studies in Nutritional Sciences at Hacettepe University. She recently led the Tubitak and BAP projects. She has also published 125 papers in various journals and serves as an academician for health sciences, as well as for research projects. Her teaching disciplines include functional foods, nutritional sciences, obesity, and non-communicable diseases.
