The article discusses the prospects for the development of environmental management in the disposal of livestock waste, in particular liquid manure, as part of an industrial approach to it. The data on the concentration of nutrients in liquid manure depending on its moisture are presented. Based on the analysis of empirical data and the results of previous studies, an exponential dependence is derived that indicates the relationship between the initial moisture content of liquid manure and its final volume. Criteria of effective utilization of liquid manure are formulated taking into account environmental and technological specifics.

The development of livestock production is one of the main factors in ensuring food security of most states. Unfortunately, the safe use of livestock wastes is impossible without their decontamination. In this paper the parameters of the method of disinfection of the liquid fraction of livestock wastes with the complex physicochemical effect of a rotating electromagnetic field with ferromagnetic rods moving inside it and active chlorine are optimized. The result of optimization is a reduction in the electric energy consumption of the process while meeting the requirements for epidemiological safety. The parameters of the optimized system have the following definitions: the filling of the working zone of the inductor with ferromagnetic rods ρ = 5.18%; magnetic induction B = 40 mT; ratio of the length of the ferromagnetic rods to their diameter l/d = 25; active chlorine concentration ω = 15.60 mg/l; duration of action t = 2.81 s; while the specific electricity consumption is Nu = 3.09 W⋅c/ml, and the epidemiological safety indicators do not exceed the permissible limits of normative documents.

The prospective types of impacts on liquid waste from livestock enterprises during their disinfection were considered. The analysis of chemical reagents, providing the maximum prolonged bactericidal effect, the minimum pathogenicity of the reaction by-products and the minimum cost of the reagent and its production technology was carried out. The kinetic models of disinfection used in the evaluation of the bactericidal productivity of chemical reagents were considered. The basic parameters of liquid waste from livestock enterprises were formulated to take into account the specificity and preservation of nutrient properties, which significantly improves the level of environmental management and environmental safety.

Introduction. The growth of production capacity of livestock enterprises results in increased environmental pressures on bio- and agrocenoses, created by potential energy carriers, one of which is liquid pig manure. Representative parameters, which characterize the energy value, are the total content of nitrogen and its various forms N2 = 3...8 kg/m3; phosphorus oxide P2O5 = 3...6 kg/m3; potassium oxide K2O = 2...4 kg/m3; chemical oxygen consumption to the mass of organic matter 1.2, biochemical 0.42. In parallel, the groups of Escherichia coli, staphylococci, enterococci, aerobic spore-forming microorganisms, various forms of eggs, protozoan cysts and Eimeria oocysts are also the environmental burden. In addition, the physical and rheological properties of liquid manure can have a significant impact on energy efficiency and the way of its further utilization. In terms of agricultural chemistry, the most rational option for its utilization is fractional use in the form of organic fertilizer that is possible only under the conditions of sanitary and epidemiological safety, which is an energy-intensive process depending on various factors. The purpose of this study is to develop a conceptual model of the energy efficiency of operational impacts in obtaining an environmentally safe cycle of utilizing liquid pig manure. Materials and Methods. The object of the study is the operational impacts in obtaining an environmentally safe cycle of utilizing liquid pig manure; the subject is the function of maximizing the energy efficiency of this object under the conditions of sanitary-epidemiological and agrochemical restrictions. There is conducted the analysis of factors and their categorization depending on the type of functional impact. Results. A conceptual model of operational impacts in producing environmentally safe liquid pig manure has been developed, which determines the components of specific energy consumption, the factors affecting them, and the restrictions imposed on them. This model is the source data for the factor analysis and statistical models. Discussion and Conclusion. The practical significance of the work is the identification and categorization of factors depending on the type of functional impact on the operations of the preparatory cycle of ecologically safe utilization of pig manure that can provide initial data for developing specific research methods and statistical models.

Introduction. The development of the agro-industrial complex until 2030 requires increasing the efficiency of the machine and tractor fleet with account for corrosion processes accelerating equipment wear. Existing assessment methods are based on empirical data and do not provide accurate forecasting. The introduction of AI and digital solutions will automate testing, reduce costs and improve the accuracy of assessing degradation caused by corrosion processes. Aim of the Study. The aim is to determine the compliance of experimental data on the effect of salt spray on the corrosion of agricultural machinery components with the distribution law through the example of reversing light switches. Materials and Methods. The object of study was reversing light switches widely used in agricultural machinery. The studies were carried out in a salt spray chamber with parameters corresponding to GOST R 52230 and GOST 9.302 for 200 hours with intermediate inspections every 48 hours. During the tests, the degree of corrosion was determined, calculated by the area of damaged sections. Using mathematical methods there was calculated the mean deviation, median, variance, standard deviation, skewness, kurtosis, and range of the sample. Results. As a result of the tests, the operability of the samples was confirmed and the obtained data compliance with the Weibull distribution law was assessed. It was experimentally established that the active phase of surface degradation of reversing light switches increases starting from 96 hours of exposure in the salt spray chamber that is caused by the destruction of protective coatings and progress of pitting corrosion. The use of a quadratic regression model made it possible to describe the dependence of corrosion damage on exposure time. Discussion and Conclusion. The statistical analysis of the sample confirmed Weibull distribution fit that makes it possible to predict further corrosion progress and improve performance assessment of products in salt spray conditions. Obtained parameters allow predicting the resource of components. The results of the study provide a basis for creating digital twins and adaptive maintenance systems using artificial intelligence, which minimize machinery downtime.
