This study is an effort for measuring the entrepreneurial orientation of the students and its linkage with their entrepreneurial intention. The study is based on entrepreneurial dimensions such as innovativeness, need for achievements, opportunity recognition, risk‐taking propensities, and entrepreneurship education. The study also used entrepreneurship education and gender as moderating variables. A 5‐point Likert‐type scale was designed by adapting the Individual Entrepreneurial Orientation measurement scale and Entrepreneurial Intention Questionnaire (EIQ). The authors postulated 7 hypotheses. Data analysis confirmed that underlying entrepreneurial dimensions have a positive correlation with students’ entrepreneurial intention. This paper concludes that entrepreneurial dimensions and proper delivery of entrepreneurship education will help the students in transforming their entrepreneurial intention into actual entrepreneurial action.

This exploratory study aims to determine the elements that impact travellers' decisions to choose wellness tourism. Motivation criteria have been prioritized to determine the most influential reason tourists decide to engage in wellness tourism. This study investigates the motivational factors that influence the decision to choose wellness tourism. These factors were ascertained by conducting an extensive review of the relevant literature and considering the preferences articulated by wellness tourism-seeking visitors. The Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) was employed to assess seven identified criteria and thirty-three sub-criteria, to determine their relative importance in motivating tourists to choose wellness tourism. The findings indicate, in accordance with the proposed hierarchical model, that motivational factors including “the desire to challenge myself physically,” “the desire to find peace for myself”, “the desire to look and feel better”, “the desire to maintain a balanced diet”, and "the desire to focus on one's inner self” - are the critical factors that motivates tourist to choose wellness tourism.

With a change in global market entanglement and composite retail financial products, financial literacy has gained distinction in the recent past. More importantly, the Covid-19 pandemic has brought attention to the preparation of individuals' financial budgets for unforeseen losses. As a result, financial literacy has gained immense importance. Literature available on the subject suggests that individuals when faced with a situation of crisis, tend to reduce their risk of not paying the liabilities, by controlling their budget. This research article aims to understand whether or not individuals with a good understanding of financial literacy have better skills in financial management, particularly during lockdowns. Primary data was collected after the second phase of lockdowns in August 2021 from 232 individuals residing in Delhi NCR, using a questionnaire adapted from the OECD study. Besides, a scale was developed to understand their financial behaviour and financial management skills. The results of the study indicate that a good understanding of financial principles helped manage financial risk effectively and avoid any financial pitfalls. It helps individuals avoid financial concerns and enable individuals to regulate their income, even in challenging conditions like the Covid-19 pandemic.

Supply chain reform in emerging economies has become a critical priority as these nations integrate further into global trade networks. This chapter examines the multifaceted challenges that emerging markets face in modernizing and transforming their supply chain systems – from infrastructure gaps and regulatory hurdles to technology deficits and governance issues. At the same time, it highlights the opportunities for improvement, including leveraging rapid economic growth, adopting innovative technologies, and capitalizing on shifting global supply chain trends. We discuss how globalization, geopolitical shifts, and sustainability pressures are driving the need for adaptive and resilient supply chains. Key sections explore the role of technological innovation, policy reforms, and strategic frameworks in enabling supply chain transformation. Finally, we propose pathways for reform, outlining a comprehensive framework to achieve efficient, resilient, and inclusive supply chains in emerging economies, along with a forward-looking conclusion on future outlooks.
Supply chains are the backbone of global trade, yet they face unprecedented risks in the digital era. Integrating artificial intelligence (AI) into supply chain security has emerged as a transformative strategy to manage complex risks, enhance cyber defenses, and build resilient networks. This chapter provides a comprehensive overview of how AI is reshaping supply chain risk management, from predicting disruptions to automating responses. It discusses how AI-driven tools bolster cybersecurity in increasingly digital supply chains, identifying threats and safeguarding critical links. The chapter also examines the ethical challenges—such as data privacy, bias, and accountability—arising from AI integration, along with governance measures to ensure responsible use. Policy and international cooperation aspects are explored, recognizing that global supply chains require harmonized regulations and collaboration.
