Hsin Chu is a Professor at the Department of Environmental Engineering, National Cheng Kung University, Tainan, Taiwan. In 1988, he earned his Ph.D. of Civil Engineering from Northwestern University. His research interests include air pollution, catalytic reaction, combustion control, energy engineering, the greenhouse effect, incineration, and resource reuse.
