I am a post-doc at the Institute for meteorology and climatology at the Leibniz university Hanover in Germany. I made my Phd on the topic "correlations model for GPS phase measurement based on turbulence theory" and I am working on simulating atmospheric turbulence using the PALM software with the goal to derive a correlation model for Terrestrial laser scanner observations. I also work on surface fitting using adaptive methods such as Locally Refined B-splines. I am further strongly interested in developing and testing new estimators (based on wavelet variance) and on time series analysis (GPS position time series, hydrology, bridge oscillation)
