Biography

I hold a Ph.D. in Water Resources from the University of Tehran. My resreach centers on the Helmand/Hirmand transboundary river basin, Tigris and Euphrates rivers and other international water basins. Recently, my focus has expanded to large language models and water-related conflicts in the Caspian Sea. In addition to hydroclimatic issues and hydropolitic I am keen to Reinforcement water negotiations within my field and translate research into practical insights for policy, negotiation, and sustainable water cooperation. I currently serve on the Board of Directors of the Iranian Water Diplomacy Association (IWDA), where I contribute to advancing dialogue and cooperation on transboundary water issues.
