Dr. Aydin Basarir is an Associate Professor of Agricultural Resource Management Program in Integrative Agriculture Department, College of Food and Agriculture, UAE University. Dr. Aydin has significant years of experience in teaching, research and community services. He graduated with Ph.D. in Agricultural Economics and minor in economics from Louisiana State University. Dr. Aydin joined to UAE university in 2007 and has been involved in teaching of several undergraduate and graduate courses related to his expertise. His research interest includes agribusiness, production economics, marketing, consumer behavior, econometrics, and regional development projects. He has completed several internal and external funded projects, presented in many conferences and published in national and international reputable journals
