I hold a DDS degree from UNIDERP University (2012), a certificate in Prosthodontics from Sete Lagoas University (2015), and MS and PhD in Prosthodontics from the Sao Paulo State University. During the PhD, I spent 13 months as a visiting researcher at the Faculty of Dentistry/University of Toronto (Canada), developing research with Yttria-partially stabilized zirconia. I am currently an assistant professor at the University of Louisville School of Dentistry, a predoctoral program director of fixed prosthodontics, and a course director of implant dentistry courses, researching the properties of 3D-printed resins for crowns and dentures.
