Prof. Lianzhou Jiang obtained a Master's Degree in Food Science from Harbin University of Commerce from September 1984 to June 1986 and a Doctoral Degree in Agricultural Product Processing and Storage Engineering from China Agricultural University from September 2002 to June 2005. From May 2005 to January 2020, he served as the dean, professor, and doctoral supervisor at the School of Food Science, Northeast Agricultural University. From January 2020, he serves as a professor and doctoral supervisor at the School of Food Science, Northeast Agricultural University. He won the first prize for technological invention from the China Light Industry Federation in 2020 (ranked first).
