Dr. Qianchun Deng

Qianchun Deng, Ph.D., researcher, doctoral supervisor, "Agricultural Talents and Leading Talents" of Chinese Academy of Agricultural Sciences, Executive Chief of Oil Quality Chemistry and Processing Utilization Innovation Team of Oil Crop Research Institute of Chinese Academy of Agricultural Sciences, Deputy Director of Key Laboratory of Oil Processing of Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Areas, Secretary-General of the National Healthy Oil Industry Technology Innovation Alliance. He was the leader of the “Leading Talents in Science and Technology of the National Ten Thousand Talents Program”, “Leading Talents in Young Technological Innovation in the Innovative Talent Promotion Program of the Ministry of Science and Technology”, and “Top Ten Outstanding Young Technological Talents in Agricultural Products Processing Industry” of the Ministry of Agriculture. He is the vice chairman of Hubei Provincial Food Science and Technology Society, the director of Hubei Nutrition Society Council, and a member of the Second Hubei Provincial Food Safety Risk Assessment Expert Committee, and was selected for the "Thousand Talents Program" of Jiangxi Province to introduce and cultivate high-level talents for innovation and entrepreneurship, and Hubei Province Academician Professional Enterprise. He is an editorial board member of "Food Science and Human Wellness", "Critical Reviews in Food Science and Nutrition", "Food Science", and "Chinese Journal of Oil Crops".
