Almenar-Arasanz AJ is a physiotherapist and university lecturer specializing in biomechanics, foot function, and work-related musculoskeletal disorders. His research focuses on the relationship between foot morphology, plantar pressure distribution, and pain in assembly line workers, integrating advanced assessment tools such as baropodometry and 3D foot scanning. He is actively involved in multiple national and international research projects and is currently developing his doctoral thesis in the field of occupational biomechanics. Alongside his academic and research activity, he works as a personal training coach, applying evidence-based principles to guide individualized strength, conditioning, and rehabilitation programs. He also teaches in the Master’s Program in Human Locomotion Biomechanics at Universidad San Jorge and supervises undergraduate research projects in biomechanics, electrotherapy, and emerging applications of artificial intelligence in physiotherapy.
