Motivation, as a key determinant of productivity, seeks to provide reciprocal benefit by satisfying both the worker's and the organization's requirements. The advent of globalization and rapid economic progress has presented novel issues in motivation and productivity. Organizations aim to address these rapid changes by seeking novel approaches to enhance motivation in their work environment, necessitating managers to exhibit creativity and innovation in devising and executing tactics to boost motivation. To attain the intended outcome, managers must identify the variables that lead to a decrease in motivation and devise strategies to eliminate or counteract these problems by incorporating positive elements that promote motivation. Motivation is a multifaceted process, as various aspects that drive motivation do not have the same impact on everyone. In other words, what motivates one person may not have the same effect on another one. This research aims to analyze the impact of motivation on employees' organizational behavior. The PIPRECIA S method is used to determine the importance of criteria by assessing their relative influence on organizational behaviour, leading to improved employee productivity.

Human resources, as a sector of great importance for the successful operation of an organization, is always a current topic that needs to be researched and studied. The application of multi-criteria decision-making methods in assessing the importance of factors that have an impact on the selection of candidates in various sectors is one of the ways to improve and make a more authoritative and precise decision. In this paper, a multi-criteria approach based on the PIvot Pairwise Relative Criteria Importance Assessment - PIPRECIA method was applied. A detailed review of the literature defined a list of aspects and corresponding factors that were evaluated by four sectors from each sector by three decision makers, more precisely by the twelfth decision maker. The obtained results are relevant and authoritative, and thus the usefulness and applicability of the proposed approach, in evaluating the mentioned aspects of cognitive skills and their importance, have been unequivocally confirmed. The main goal of this paper is to indicate the usefulness of the application of multicriteria decision-making methods (MCDM) in the implementation of this type of analysis.

Motivating employees is a crucial factor in the use and development of human resources and their focus on achieving organizational goals, increasing satisfaction, retaining quality people, encouraging creativity, and eliminating all forms of counterproductive behavior. Through a series of activities, managers can increase individual development needs, making the objective situation more demanding. Through the example of the generation we paid attention to, Generation Y (1981 - 2000) is often called Millennials and Generation Z, which enters the labor market as the youngest, after millennials. The task of human resource managers is to make each member feel involved in organizational culture in the right way and to feel valued. Therefore, a multicriteria approach based on the application of PIvot has been applied in this paper Pairwise Relative Criteria Importance Assessment - PIPRECIA method. A detailed review of the literature defines a list of factors and relevant subfactors evaluated by three Generation Y decision-makers and three Generation Z decision-makers. The obtained results are relevant and authoritative, thus unequivocally confirming the usefulness and applicability of the proposed approach.

Background: Algorithmic Operational Control increasingly shapes logistics operations through AI-enabled decision systems, yet its relationships with Human Operational Agency and innovation remain insufficiently understood. This study examines relationships among Algorithmic Operational Control, Leadership Mediation Capacity, Human Operational Agency, and perceived Logistics Innovation Quality. Methods: Survey data were collected from 3613 logistics employees across six Western Balkan countries. A split-sample design combined exploratory and confirmatory factor analyses with structural equation modeling, supplemented by organizational clustering diagnostics, multi-group CFA, and a reduced-overlap sensitivity analysis. Results: Algorithmic Operational Control was negatively associated with Human Operational Agency and Logistics Innovation Quality, whereas Leadership Mediation Capacity was positively associated with Human Operational Agency. Human Operational Agency partially mediated the association between Algorithmic Operational Control and Logistics Innovation Quality and fully mediated the association between Leadership Mediation Capacity and Logistics Innovation Quality. Organizational clustering was negligible, the measurement structure was stable across countries, and sensitivity analysis preserved all principal relationships and mediation effects. Conclusions: The findings indicate that preserving human judgment and adaptive decision-making is associated with more exploratory and long-term-oriented innovation and position leadership as an interpretive mechanism reconciling algorithmic recommendations with human judgment.
