I am the author of over 200 scientific and popular science publications. The subject matter of this publication concerns the energy and cost-intensiveness of the production of selected crops and fruit plants. In addition, an important direction of my research is the evaluation of selected mechanical and chemical properties of agricultural and orchard raw materials in terms of reducing losses during harvesting and storage. Additional important directions of my research are the use of waste biomass from agricultural and horticultural production for energy purposes; the evaluation of the energy efficiency of the production of energy crops for selected solid fuels, as well as the evaluation of their properties; and the development of wheat production technology for brewing purposes, with the use of berries, for the production of craft beers.
