Dr. Simona Soverini is an Associate Professor at the Department of Experimental, Diagnostic and Specialty Medicine, Hematology/Oncology "L. e A. Seragnoli", University of Bologna, Bologna, Italy. She served as an Assistant Professor since 2012 and Associate Professor since 2022. Her research interests lie in the field of translational hematology, with a focus on the characterization of drug resistance mechanisms and the identification of novel therapeutic targets in acute and chronic leukemias. She Collaborated on research projects with several Italian, European, and American groups. She was an invited speaker at hundreds of national and international congresses.
