Smekenov Izat Temirgalievich. Education: 1998–2003 graduated from the 6th grade from Secondary School №23 in Ekibastuz, Pavlodar Region; 2003–2008 graduated from KTL for Gifted Young Men, Pavlodar; 2008–2012 graduated with a bachelor's degree from Al-Farabi Kaznu, specialty biotechnology; 2012–2014 graduated with a master's degree from Al-Farabi Kaznu, specialty biotechnology; - 2015-2020 graduated from doctoral studies in Al-Farabi Kaznu, speciality biotechnology. Work experience: DGP "Research Institute of Problems of Biology and Biotechnology" at Al-Farabi KazNU May 2011–July 2014, research intern; August 2014–February 2021, junior researcher; March 2021–May 2023, researcher; June 2023 to date, senior researcher. Achievements: 2008—bronze medalist of the Republican School Olympiad in Biology, Pavlodar; 2021—"The best young scientist of KazNU named after Al-Farabi in 2021"; 2022—winner of the Republican Scholarship for young talented scientists of the Republic of Kazakhstan. Publications: published 11 articles and 3 abstracts in journals with non-zero impact factor included in the Web of Science and/or Scopus databases, 13 articles in national scientific publications recommended by the CCSON MES RK, and 13 abstracts in the proceedings of international conferences.
