Zhiguo Zhou received his BE from Huazhong University of Science and Technology, Wuhan, China, in 1998, and his ME and PhD in Communication and Information Systems from the Beijing Institute of Technology, Beijing, China, in 2004 and 2009, respectively. He is currently an Associate Professor with the School of Integrated Circuits and Electronics, Beijing Institute of Technology. His current research interests include intelligent unmanned ships, information perception and navigation, machine learning, and big-data mining.
