Dhruba B. Khadka is currently a staff scientist at National Institute for Materials Science (NIMS), Japan. He completed his Ph.D. in semiconductor materials from the Department of Physics, Incheon National University, the Republic of Korea in 2016. Prior to that, he received his M. Sc. from the Department of Physics, Tribhuvan University, Nepal.
His research interests include Energy harvesting materials; Chalcogen-based solar cells device, Halide perovskite-based solar cells, PhotoPhysics, Carrier transport layer, and so on.
