Dr Binija Zhang is currently an Associated Professor at the Key Laboratory of Environment Correlative Dietology (Ministry of Education), Huazhong Agricultural University, China. His research interests include i) biopolymers for applications in materials, foods, and nutrition, and ii) advanced technology in designing biopolymer products for the future.
