Andrew P. Smith, PhD, is a Professor of Psychology and Director of the Centre for Occupational and Health Psychology, at Cardiff University. He holds a Ph.D. degree from University College London. From 1976 to 1982, he served as a Research Fellow at the University of Oxford.
