Juri Belikov received a B.S. (cum laude) in Mathematics from Tallinn University, and completed his M.S. and Ph.D. degrees in Computer and Systems Engineering at Tallinn University of Technology in 2006, 2008, and 2012, respectively. In the years 2015–2017, he was a postdoctoral fellow in the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering and The Andrew and Erna Viterbi Faculty of Electrical Engineering, Technion---Israel Institute of Technology. He is currently an assistant professor in the Department of Software Science, Tallinn University of Technology. His main research interests lie on the edge of nonlinear control theory and power systems.
