Prof. Houcheng Liu is a professor at the Department of Facility Agriculture Science and Engineering, College of Horticulture, South China Agricultural University. He is also the executive director of the Facility Horticulture Branch of the Chinese Horticultural Society and the vice chairman of the Agricultural Lighting Committee of the Electric Light Source Professional Committee of the China Illuminating Society. His main courses include Facility Vegetable Production Principles and Technology (Master's Course), Facility Agriculture Science Progress (Master's Course), etc. His research areas include plant factory production technology, agricultural lighting technology, and efficient production technology for facility vegetables.
