Jordan Atanassov Doumanov received his PhD in Biochemistry from the University of Hohenheim, Stuttgart, Germany in 2006 and his DSc in Molecular Biology at the Sofia University “St. Kliment Ohridski” in 2024. He has been a Professor in Biochemistry since 2021. His research topics include Biochemistry, Molecular biology, Cell biology, Bestrophins, Phospholipases, Biological membranes, and Nanoparticles.
