My research focuses on home and care environments that support well-being and functional capacity, as well as services that enable older people to live at home. The foundation of my work lies in Elo’s (2006) theory of physical, social, and symbolic environments that promote well-being and perceived safety. In recent years, my research has increasingly emphasized technological and digital solutions, along with client-oriented service development. I have expertise in both quantitative and qualitative research methods, including content analysis, systematic reviews, and factor analysis for modeling survey data.
