Biography
Jingsi Chen was born in Zigong, Sichuan Province, China. She graduated with a BE from Sichuan University in June 2015, majoring in food science and engineering; She received her doctorate (nutrition and food hygiene) at Fudan University in 2020 after studying for 5 years in the group of Prof. Shuguang Li and Prof. Bo Chen. She is working at Soochow University now.
